All from the amazing rustic space that is Town Farm, Bisham. Trainer Will Stallwood creates fun, energetic sessions using a mix of equipment with a true emphasis on play. With climbing frames, tyres and rings Cultivate will open your eyes to how working out should be!
I am a real fad exerciser and never stick with gyms however I feel that I have now found a form of exercise that I have fallen in love with. So much so that I am disappointed to be going away and missing sessions!
Every session at Cultivate Fitness is different, challenging and fun with exercises that match the groups differing abilities.
Will is a motivating coach who has such knowledge and empathy that is able to adapt according to the members personality. Unlike other gyms there is a real sense of community among the members, which makes me accountable and want to attend.
Will has pushed me to challenge myself- he has encouraged me and gently pushed me to new levels.
I can not recommend Will and Cultivate highly enough.
